So how do they actually work?
You can either upload a CSV record of your readers together with Your custom field information in distinct columns… or can easily add these fields to a types which will only apply to future readers.

I won’t go too much to the form Stuff here since I have an entire section on that below, but this is the strategy I would recommend if you wished to use this feature.
